How long will it take to receive my order?
Will I be charged customs or import taxes?
We do our best to help you avoid extra fees! We automatically mark packages as low-value gifts to speed up customs clearance and minimize costs. While 99% of our customers receive their orders tax-free, local customs may occasionally perform random checks. In the rare event that fees are applied, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
What happens if no one is available to sign for the delivery?
If you won’t be there when it’s delivered, and your address has a guard/front desk, leave a note at checkout like ‘leave with guard/front desk’.
If no one’s home to get your package, and you didn’t leave us any message, the mail carrier will leave a note in your mail box. This means they couldn’t deliver it. You’ll have to pick it up at the post office on the note. The note has the post office’s phone number and your tracking number. Grab it within 15 days, and bring the note and your ID.
Too busy to go to the post office? You might have other options, depending on your local post office! Call them and ask about re-delivering it to a different address, like your work. Give them the tracking number from the note.
Are these contacts safe to wear? Are they FDA or CE approved?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. Our lenses are manufactured in South Korea, the global capital of cosmetic lens technology. They are produced in facilities that are ISO 13485 certified and comply with strict international safety standards, including KFDA (Korea Food & Drug Administration) approval. We only stock brands that use "Sandwich Technology," meaning the color pigments are embedded between two layers of hydrogel, ensuring the color never touches your eye directly.
How long can I wear these lenses?
It depends on the specific cycle of the lens you are viewing.
- Daily Disposables: Wear once and throw away.
- Monthly: Can be worn daily for up to 30 days with proper cleaning.
- Yearly: Can be worn for up to 12 months with excellent hygiene and storage.
- Important: Regardless of the lifespan, never wear colored contacts for more than 8 hours a day, and never sleep in them.
I have perfect vision. Do I need a prescription?
You still need to select a "Power" or "SPH". If you do not need vision correction, please select 0.00 (Plano) from the dropdown menu. This means the lenses are purely cosmetic and will not alter your vision. If you do wear glasses or contacts, please select your specific -0.00 power.
I have astigmatism (Toric). Can I wear spherical (standard) lenses?
If you have mild astigmatism, you might be able to wear them, but vision may not be perfectly sharp. However, we highly recommend consulting your optometrist first. We do have a specific Toric/Astigmatism collection available in our store menu if you require cylinder correction.
