  • Unused Condition: The product must be exactly how you received it.
  • Don't Wait Too Long: You need to start the return process within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Ready to send it back? Here is the step-by-step:

  2. Drop the Deets: Include your Order Number and a quick reason why you’re returning (it helps us improve!).
  3. Wait for the Green Light: Our team will reply with the return address and instructions on how to ship it back.

 

Getting Your Refund
