How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?
We usually get your regular contact lenses packed and ready to go in 2-7 business days (but check the product page, just in case!). Custom lenses, like for astigmatism or farsightedness, need a little extra TLC – expect 1-2 weeks for those. We’ll make sure to flag that on the product page!
Once it ships, you’ll get a tracking number in your email. Free standard shipping to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Europe? That’ll take about 10-14 days after we ship. Need it ASAP? Choose express shipping for delivery in 4-6 days! For shipping times to other places, just check it out at checkout
What happens if no one is available to sign for the delivery?
If you won’t be there when it’s delivered, and your address has a guard/front desk, leave a note at checkout like ‘leave with guard/front desk’.
If no one’s home to get your package, and you didn’t leave us any message, the mail carrier will leave a note in your mail box. This means they couldn’t deliver it. You’ll have to pick it up at the post office on the note. The note has the post office’s phone number and your tracking number. Grab it within 15 days, and bring the note and your ID.
Too busy to go to the post office? You might have other options, depending on your local post office! Call them and ask about re-delivering it to a different address, like your work. Give them the tracking number from the note.

Is my glasses prescription the same as my contact lens prescription?
If it's your first time buying contacts and your nearsightedness(Sphere) is over -4.00, your glasses and contacts prescriptions will usually be a bit different. Contacts sit closer to your eye, so the power needs adjusting. Generally, the higher your nearsightedness, the lower your contact lens power will be compared to your glasses. Check out the conversion chart below to find the best contact lens power for you.
If your nearsightedness is over -10.00, the best way to get the right prescription is to visit an eye clinic or a professional glasses store. An optometrist can give you an eye exam and recommend the correct contact lens power for you.
